Fresh Fruit Lavender Honey Morning Smoothie

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of your favorite Fresh fruit
  • handful frozen mango
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp GC Wild Honey Infused with Provence Lavender
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • Vanilla Protein Powder as desired and according to package directions

TO PREPARE

  • Put all ingredients into blender and  blend until smooth.

TO SERVE

Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
