Our lavender harvest is processed by our local distiller, Wally, known for his gentle hand with steam distilling- a perfect choice to process the plants we have nurtured over the years. He called enthusiastically – we had one of the highest yields he has ever processed from the Provence variety AND of very high quality level. Extremely pure with an intense, distinctive fragrance.
